Recently, the Higher Education Teaching Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Education officially released the 2020 nursing major certification conclusions for general institutions of higher education. In 2020, the Higher Education Teaching Evaluation Center of the Ministry of Education, together with the Nursing Major Certification Working Committee of the Ministry of Education, carried out the certification work for the nursing major of HENU. After self-evaluation, on-site inspection by the expert group, conclusions and recommendations of the expert group, secret voting by all members of the certification committee, review and conclusion of the certification committee, and publicity of the certification conclusion, the certification conclusion for the nursing major of HENU is that the certification is passed with a valid period of 6 year.

HENU accepted the on-site inspection of the Nursing Major Certification Expert Group of the Ministry of Education from November 15 to 19, 2020. The academic affairs office, undergraduate teaching evaluation office and related functional departments of HENU provided timely guidance and coordination, and organized many training and learning meetings and work coordination meetings; the School of Nursing and Health actively carried out research work, and did a lot of work in optimizing professional talent training programs, standardizing teaching files, and building laboratories and practice bases according to certification requirements and in combination of talent training needs. With the strong support of relevant department, schools, affiliated hospitals and community nursing practice teaching bases, the on-site inspection was successfully passed.
