研究兴趣(Research Interests)
主要研究方向为抗肿瘤药物的筛选及抗肿瘤机制的研究。目前主要集中于两个方面:其一为肿瘤多药耐药性的逆转研究,寻找肿瘤MDR的新的作用靶点,进行逆转剂的筛选;其二为H2S在肿瘤中的作用研究,研究内源性H2S的存在对肿瘤生长增殖及凋亡的影响,以及H2S与肿瘤细胞糖代谢的关系研究,探讨H2S影响肿瘤细胞增殖是否与H2S对糖代谢的影响直接相关。
