Biomarker screening and functional identification
Xie Longxiang, male, Ph.D., master's supervisor, associate professor. He graduated from Southwest University in 2017 and obtained a Ph.D. in Science. Currently, he is an associate professor at the School of Basic Medical Sciences, Henan University. His main research areas focus on the screening of tumor gene markers and bioinformatics. He is currently in charge of six research projects, including those funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, Key Scientific Research Projects of Higher Education Institutions in Henan Province, and Science and Technology Research Projects of Henan Province. He has published 25 SCI-indexed papers as the first author or corresponding author in international journals such as Pharmacology & Therapeutics (PT), Journal of Cachexia, Sarcopenia and Muscle (JCSM), and Genes & Diseases (with a total citation count nearing 1000 and a single-paper citation count exceeding 580). He has also authored one monograph. Additionally, he serves as a reviewer for several journals, including Natural Product Reports, Frontiers in Oncology, and Frontiers in Immunology.
