Tumour immunity and molecular typing
Dr. Lu is the head of the Department of Medical Immunology in the College of Basic Medical Sciences of Henan University, the main teacher of Medical Immunology in the Department of Immunology, the vice-chairman of the Professional Committee of Infection and Molecular Immunity of Henan Province, the director of the Immunology Association of Henan Province, and a member of the Agricultural and Workers' Party of Henan University, a professor and a doctor of medicine, graduated from the Medical College of Zhengzhou University in 1992.06. He received his master's degree from Shanghai Medical College of Fudan University, doctoral degree from West China Medical College of Sichuan University, and post-doctoral fellowship at University of Connecticut (USA). He has been responsible for the teaching of Medical Immunology to both undergraduate and postgraduate students for more than 20 years. In the past 10 years, he has been engaged in interdisciplinary research, using mouse animal models, cell biology, molecular biology and multi-omics databases to screen for important functional genes related to metastasis and prognosis of various tumours, including lung cancer, with a focus on molecular typing of malignant tumours and the functions and mechanisms of important biomarkers. He has published more than 30 research papers in international journals such as Angew Chem Int Ed Engl., BJC, JBC, Mol cancer Res, Carcinogenesis and so on.
