Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, Yellow River Scholar

As a professor, doctoral supervisor and Yellow-River scholar, HU is a member of Academic Committee of Henan University, the director of Academic Committee of the Henan University College of Medicine, and director of Teaching and Researching Section of Cell Biology and Genetics. He graduated from the Department of Biophysics, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences& Peking Union Medical College with Ph.D. And he started his career in the Henan University College of Medicine in July 2010.

His Major Research Areas:

1. Biological functions of heat shock transcription factors 1 and 4(HSF1 and HSF4), signal transduction and their drug targeting functions in elderly degenerative diseases and cancer prevention.

2. Antibody Engineering and Immunotherapy. The research team has been awarded with 3 National Natural Science Foundation of China and honored as Henan Provincial Education Commission Talent Innovation Team and Basic Key Project of Henan Provincial Education Commission. He has published 17 SCI papers, which are issued in international journals, such as J. Immunology; Nat. Biotechnology; J Biol Chem; Molecular and cellular Biology; International Journal of Biochemistry and Cell Biology, and BBA-molecular cell research.
